1. Flash EPROM Flash Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory Flash Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory FEPROM, "flash memory" A kind of non-volatile storage device similar to EEPROM, but where erasing can only be done in blocks or the entire chip.
